We approached Rachel to be our property investing coach 3 months ago after researching through a lot of property investing courses. So far Rachel has taken us on a journey that is far wider and more exciting than I could imagine. The scope of Rachel's coaching is not limited at just looking for profitable properties but it extends to learning about our personalities, how to form an effective team and exploring investment strategies to find one or a few that suit our personalities and risk appetite. All coaching sessions were planned to suit our level of knowledge and experience and therefore, we learn what we don't know and dwell deeper on topics we already know.

We deeply appreciate Rachel's coaching because she does not stop at property investing and can be a life coach or a general investment coach as required. Rachel has guided us through a process of making some difficult decisions that will have major impacts on our life and our financial future.

For those who contemplate getting coaching and 1 on 1 guidance on property investing, I strongly recommend engaging Rachel. From my initial research, most other courses charge a similar initial price only to provide you with recorded training videos. Such valuable 1 on 1 guidance that Rachel provides comes at a much higher price tag and might not be as valuable.

Property coaching has without a doubt led to the purchase of my first investment property. It has given me the tools, the knowledge and the confidence to move forward despite my fears and doubts along the way. I have had someone to help me identify my goals and choose a strategy that will work for me in my situation.

I have had someone to educate me in relation to every aspect of property investment – from loans, contracts and clauses, to property management contracts and dealing with tenants. She has shown me how to do my research and given me the confidence to speak to Real Estate Agents, Property Managers and solicitors.

Speaking with Rachel on a regular basis has made me accountable and kept me on track, making sure that I was searching for a property that would meet my needs. To celebrate the first day of spring I finished my novel - 1 day before we finished our coaching. Who'd have thought when I first started my coaching with you that I'd be writing a best selling novel instead of trying to sell or buy real estate. Well I guess you would have.

Thank you so much for seeing through to the heart of me and for bringing me back to the heart of who I am. It has changed my relationship with myself, my husband, my child and my creativity.
