Investment Property – Record Keeping Template
This is a basic spreadsheet that Rachel Barnes used in her early days of investing, to keep a record of all income and expenditure relating to her portfolio to make it easier for the Accountant to reconcile at the end of each year. Zebra Crossings Book-keeping Service enhanced the spreadhseet, adding instructions and formating to make it a great resource for any investor with less than about 6 properties, to keep an easy record of their cash flow.

New Resolutions – New You!
If you’ve ever set goals and not achieved them it could be because you didn’t set them correctly, or more likely because you’ve got a lot of existing ‘stuff’ that needs addressing before you are able to clearly define, set and resolve to achieve your new goals.
Don’t waste time kicking youreslf or thinking negatively about your potential.
Don’t keep repeating the same process to the point where you decide that this goal setting stuff doesn’t work… DO follow this link now to access an interview I recently conducted with Denise Dunn.

Investing in the USA – Independent Information
After travelling to the USA a number of times, purchasing property there myself and hosting property tours, John and I are even more excited about the property opportunities there – and of course we love the travel!
However there are some who see the rewards overseas, but take too many risks by handing over money to people they’ve never met, for properties they’ve never seen in a country they’ve no experience in. If you’re not able to visit the country then Please – if you’re thinking of investing in the USA, be excited – but be extra careful! Choose your contacts with care and due diligence.
